Green Ahalia celebrated Indigenous Mango Tree Conservation Day

On 3rd July, 2023, Green Ahalia planted 50 sapplings of indigenous mango species in the campus in association with Indigenous Mango tree conservation Project (IMCP), Palakkad Chapter. IMCP is a nonprofit organization which is committed to protect the indigenous mango varieties with public participation. Their Palakkd chapter had tie up with Green Ahalia and decided to celebrate Indigenous Mango tree Conservation Day on July 3 in Ahalia Campus by planting 50 sapplings. Dr. K. Haridasan welcomed the gathering and Mr. K. Satheesan explained about the project. Dr. Anvarudeen, Mr. Anwar Rahman, Mr. Radhakrishnan, Staffs of Green Ahalia, DARE, Ahalia Ayurveda Medical College and staff and students from Ahalia School of Commerce and Mathematicst also participated in the Programme and planted the sapplings along the Heritage Farm road.
