BRAIN BOOST : Green Ahalia’s New Thematic Garden for students
As part of its ongoing commitment to environmental education and biodiversity conservation, Green Ahalia inaugurated Brain Boost, a unique thematic garden featuring plant species traditionally associated with intellectual development, memory enhancement and cognitive well-being, at Ahalia Public School on 6 July 2026. The garden was inaugurated by Prof. S. K. Barik, Professor and Dean, North-Eastern Hill University (Former Director, NBRI). The Brain Boost garden has been established to create awareness among students about medicinal and cognitive-enhancing plants while promoting experiential learning through nature-based education. The initiative showcases scientifically important plant species and their traditional significance in supporting brain health. Through this thematic garden, Green Ahalia aims to foster environmental stewardship, encourage scientific curiosity, and inspire young minds to appreciate the role of plants in human health and sustainable living.
