Green Ahalia organises Harithabham 23

On 4th May 2023, Green Ahalia organised Harithabham 23 involving all institutes and hospitals in the campus. Our beloved chairman Dr. V. S. Gopal graced the event with his family members. Dr. Sibin N T, DFO, Social Forestry, Palakkad was the Chief Guest. He was accompanied by Range officer Sri Sreekumar. Sri Sarath, OM and other managers and dignitaries along with many students took part in the programme. Dr. K. Haridasan welcomed the participants and spoke about the significance of Harithabham 23. Dr. Sibin addressed the gathering with an illuminating talk on relevance of afforestation and ecosystem services the trees offer. Harithabham 23 is expected to plant 70 saplings each by all the 15 institutes in the campus and this was the launch programme. There are 70 species too. The chairman, dignitaries and students planted 70 saplings at the designated site. After the function the DFO and RFO were taken around the Green Ahalia thematic gardens.
