DR. ANITHA VISITS AHALIA CAMPUS

On 5th of November 2025, we were honoured to welcome Dr. Anitha, Assistant Professor and Teacher In-charge at the Department of Social Work at Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit, Regional Campus Payyanur, to Green Ahalia. She is also the Director of “Parava”- a group for developing pro-environment behaviour and scientific curiosity among children on birds, butterflies, dragonflies, and other diverse species in nature. During her visit to Ahalia Campus, we had the opportunity to show her thematic gardens and innovative cultivation models, and several of our unique species. She expressed deep appreciation about our conservation efforts and innovative approaches to sustainable ecosystem development. We propose to have a tie-up with her for bird and butterfly census in the campus.
