A botanical exploration to Silent valley

Green Ahalia team member Mr. Midhun took part in an exploratory field tour to Valakkad and Sispara sections of Silent Valley from 03/11/2025 to 05/11/2025. They were accompanied by two guides from the forest Department. In this trip he could found some interesting species like Cyathea sp., Balanophora, Cullinea exarillata, Persea macrantha, Dysoxylum malabaricum, Embilia ribes, different species of ferns and orchids etc.. The field tour was filled with interesting information and unforgettable memories.
