Green Ahalia represented in Medicinal Plants Farmers Meet 2025

Green Ahalia team represented by Mr. Sabik S and Dr. Aswani V J participated in “Medicinal Plants Farmers Meet 2025” organized by Kerala Agricultural University at Aromatic & Medicinal Plants Research Station, Odakkali on 28th March 2025. Farmers involved in medicinal plants cultivation along with scientists from Kerala Agricultural University viz., Dr. Ancy Joseph, Prof and Head, Aromatic & Medicinal Plants Research Station; Dr. Sindhu P.V. , Asst. Professor, AICRF and others shared their experience in medicinal plant cultivation and development of quality products out of it. A walk through their medicinal plants garden, Saraca asoca conservatory plots along with medicinal plants nursery was worth mentioning. We have also received a medicinal plant kit for cultivation trial which include species like Ayapana triplinervius (Vahl) R.M. King & H. Rob., Kaempferia galanga L., Zingiber officinale Rosc., Cissus quadrangularis L., Aloe vera (L.) Burm. f. and Clitoria ternatea L.
