Former botanical Survey Director appreciates

Dr. M. Sanjappa former director, Botanical Survey of India (BSI) and INSA Emeritus Scientist & Senior Researcher at Mahathma Gandhi Botanical Garden UAS, Bangalore along with Dr. M U Sharief HOD and Scientist in charge, BSI southern Regional Centre and his staff Dr. Ravichandran. They were taken around all our theme gardens and facilities at Chayathara and main campus. Taking advantage of the visit we got a new garden theme Adholokam – a garden for tuberous plants. This is the 42nd theme. The event was attended by Faculty and Students of Ahalia Ayurveda Medical College and hospitals. The theme has now 18 species that will increase in due course. The visitors expressed their deep sense of appreciation on our achievements.
